Terms and Conditions for MNG Interior Design Website

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the MNG Interior Design website (the "Website"). By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website.

2. Services Offered

MNG Interior Design, based in Arad, Romania, offers the following interior and exterior design services (collectively, the "Services"):

  • Interior Design: Creating beautiful and functional interior spaces. This includes design conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and styling.

  • Exterior Design: Enhancing curb appeal and outdoor living areas. This encompasses landscape design, patio and deck design, and outdoor space planning.

  • Design Consultation: Providing expert advice for various design needs, including color palettes, furniture selection, and space planning solutions.

  • 3D Visualization: Creating photorealistic renderings and visualizations to allow clients to preview designs before implementation.

  • Custom Furniture Design: Designing and sourcing unique, bespoke furniture pieces tailored to specific project requirements.

  • Lighting & Electrical Planning: Developing detailed lighting and electrical plans to optimize functionality and ambiance within spaces.

  • Sanitary Drawings: Creating precise plumbing plans for kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring compliance and functionality.

  • Full Project Management: Managing all aspects of a design project from initial concept to final installation and completion.

Detailed descriptions of these services and any specific deliverables will be outlined in individual service contracts.

3. Project Scope and Contract

The scope of each interior design project and the specific services to be provided by MNG Interior Design will be defined and agreed upon in a separate written contract (the "Contract") between MNG Interior Design and the client. The Contract will outline project details, deliverables, timelines, and specific client requirements. These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to, and do not replace, the terms of any individual Contract.  

4. Client Communication and Revisions

Client communication and the process for design revisions will be detailed in each individual Contract. The number of revisions included in the service fee, if any, will be specified in the Contract. MNG Interior Design is committed to maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the design process as outlined in the Contract.

5. Product Procurement

If product procurement is included as part of the Services in the Contract, MNG Interior Design will act as a purchasing agent on behalf of the client. Specific terms and conditions regarding ordering, lead times, warranties, and returns for procured products will be detailed in the individual Contract. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all product selections and associated costs before procurement begins.

6. Fees, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Fees for Services, payment schedules, required deposits, cancellation policies, and refund conditions will be clearly outlined in each individual Contract. Payment methods accepted will also be specified in the Contract. Clients are advised to carefully review the payment and cancellation terms in their Contract prior to signing.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Website Content: All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by MNG Interior Design and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this Website without prior written consent from MNG Interior Design.

  • Design Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights for all designs, plans, and visualizations created by MNG Interior Design as part of the Services will be addressed in the individual Contract. Typically, MNG Interior Design retains ownership of initial design concepts and working files, while clients receive licenses for the use of final designs for the agreed-upon project scope, as defined in the Contract.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. MNG Interior Design does not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNG Interior Design disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MNG Interior Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Website; (b) any content on the Website; or (c) the Services provided by MNG Interior Design, even if MNG Interior Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the aggregate liability of MNG Interior Design exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Services in question.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. The courts of Arad, Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MNG Interior Design reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
